Aus Game Frontier · Browser privacy
Cookie policy
Effective date:
This policy explains how Aus Game Frontier uses cookies and similar browser storage on ausgamefrontier.com. It covers the preference we save when you use our privacy controls, how long that choice lasts and how you can change it. These controls apply to this website; gaming platforms you visit through our links have their own policies.
1. Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is a small piece of text saved by your browser for a website. The browser can send it with later requests to that website. Cookies can remember a setting between visits, but their purpose depends on what a site puts in them and how it uses them.
Local storage, also called localStorage, holds information in your browser for a particular website. Unlike a cookie, it is not automatically attached to network requests and does not have a built-in expiry date. A site must check its age or remove it through code.
We use first-party preference storage to remember your privacy choice and its timestamp. This necessary preference is separate from optional analytics or advertising tracking. No optional cookie categories are currently in use. Accepting optional cookies does not introduce an analytics or advertising service to this site.
2. Storage used by this site
The inventory below lists the two browser storage mechanisms used to remember the same consent choice. Both belong to Aus Game Frontier. The matching name identifies our preference record; it is not a gaming account or an advertising identifier.
| Name and storage | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ausgamefrontier.com:cookie-consentlocalStorage | Aus Game Frontier | Remember your accept or reject choice and timestamp | Necessary preference storage | Retained until cleared by you or site code; the site checks the choice after 180 days |
ausgamefrontier.com:cookie-consentCookie | Aus Game Frontier | Remember your consent choice | Necessary preference storage | 31,536,000 seconds (365 days), unless cleared or replaced earlier |
The cookie’s expiry and the validity of your choice are different. Our consent code treats a saved choice as valid for 180 days, then asks again. Local storage may remain on your device beyond that period until removed; its presence does not make an expired choice valid.
External gaming websites manage their own storage and consent. Our choice does not carry over to those services. Check their policies before using their features or accepting their cookies.
3. Changing your preferences
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the existing privacy interface. You can select Accept optional cookies or Reject optional cookies using equally accessible controls. Select Manage choices to read the current category information, then Save choices to confirm.
Rejecting optional storage lets you continue browsing. We retain the necessary preference so the site can remember your decision. A new selection replaces the previous choice and timestamp in this browser. You can withdraw an earlier acceptance by reopening the settings and choosing Reject optional cookies.
Optional technologies must remain inactive without consent. Because no optional categories are currently used here, your selection records your preference without enabling additional tracking.
4. Browser controls
Your browser offers controls independently of our settings. Menu names vary, but the following steps usually help you reset a choice:
- Open the browser’s privacy or site-data settings.
- Find ausgamefrontier.com in the list of stored website data.
- Remove both cookies and local storage for this site, then reload the page.
Clearing cookies alone may leave the local storage record in place. Removing all site data resets both copies and allows the privacy interface to ask again. You can also block website storage through your browser, although the choice may then need to be made on later visits.
Preferences apply to the current browser and device. A second browser, another device or a private browsing session can have a separate choice. Private browsing may discard stored data when the session closes. If storage is unavailable, the site remains usable and optional tracking stays inactive.
5. Policy updates
This policy takes effect on 13 October 2026. We review the inventory alongside our Privacy policy when the site’s storage changes. We will revise the effective date and describe any new implemented storage before relying on it.
Material changes to optional storage require a fresh consent choice. We do not list hypothetical vendors as active services. Revisit this page to check the current inventory and use the footer settings whenever you want to review your preference.
